Todd it isn't there when I check in Part Tracker or Part Maintenance. When I
open part tracker through the job material transaction it shows up there.
I ran the RB report and it is there. If it was only put on the job why would
it create a record in the part master?

Really way out thing to try....are you checking using Part
maintenance or Part Tracker? I've seen Part Tracker able to find parts that
Part Maintenance won't (due to missing key items that Part Browse needs).
You have to access part Tracker from some other screen showing the part
number and right click (to avoid using browser). Often this stems from
parts "converted" and added. Perhaps trying to find it via that job and the
purchase direct part on it might show it in Part Tracker.
Another thing to try is a very quick & dirty RB report for just that
part. At least to confirm it is in Part Master.
