Block Dates for Holiday Period

I would combine the two suggestions, and create a Prod Cal called holidays. Include those holidays in the calendar, then with a data directive look to that calendar for date match holiday if so throw exception. Sounds like it might work ?

he only answer I can think to that would be a customization that looks at the date you want to review against a production calendar. You would then reject the date if the calendar points to a non-working day.
