We had a comment we wanted to be on every purchase order too.... I add the
purcomment field in my report and filled that field by a BPM automatically
in epicor.

Part.purcomment does print on the purchase order.

I was told that there is a place in Epicor that you can enter it once and
it will print on every document. We use to have that functionality in
Vantage and I am trying to do the same thing now. The statement is rather
lengthy and I do not want to leave it up to everyone who enters an order to
remember it.

You can also add it directly to the crystal report as well, that has the benefit of not executing additional code and using server resources.
