Bookings Table Missing Entries

We use the (Sales Order) Booking Detail table for several reports and continue to encounter issues where booking details are not recorded correctly to reflect order entry or subsequent order changes.

We understand that the “Ready to Process” flag is one trigger for recording these entries, but we are seeing inconsistencies that appear to occur outside of that condition as well.

At present, the errors are infrequent enough that we manually correct them at the reporting level. However, we would prefer to address the root cause and prevent these discrepancies from occurring in the first place.

Has anyone identified specific conditions or events that cause booking details not to be captured correctly?

We use them a lot and have never had it reported they were bad, but it could just be we never noticed.

Reading the help it is odd mentioning multi-tenant SaaS specificly.

I would try it in a non prod environment to see if it fixes your issue.

Thanks for the suggestion! Gave it a try and it wasn’t able to reconcile the missing entries.
Will keep looking at adjusting manually while we try to understand what is trigger the missing or incorrect entries.
