BPM & ABL - show me da' message?

Throw Private is for a different type of message PublixEx, instead of
PublishInfo it throws an exception

What's syntax to popup a messagebox-sort-of-thing in a BPM within ABL code?

I've seen references to it before, some curly-bracket trick, but i can't think of a search term that turns up an example. Can anybody show me, or point me in the right direction?
