We have a Maintenance Job Entry that was used by maintenance and validation, is it possible in BPM that when the validation team creates a job it will not appear in the maintenance team if they try to search a job, the same process for the validation team.
You would need to edit the whereClause in the pre-processing of GetList based off of the user or security group.
