I have this bpm, actually works in test enviroment, but in prod always get false
any idea? please help!!
Make sure that the BPM is being triggered, This could be If BPM is Disable, OR its Company Dependent.
Additionally, can also be verify by adding an Info Message Box without any condition and include the fields in it so you could identify the values in the tt fields.
