BPM: Trigger action based on User Account

Hello everyone, I would like to know if BPM actions can be trigger based on different User Accounts. For example, If some xyz BPM action is triggering on sales person account then it should not trigger on admin/Manager’s account.

There is a condition based on calling user.

You mean to say Condition under BPM workflow designer? And do we need coding for this?
