BPMs not firing

We figured out the problem, of course it was associated with being the last
day of the year and a BPM that had bad date arithmetic.

I am completely stumped by this one. I have a set of simple BPMs on
SalesOrder.GetNewOrdHed. All they do is set a default value in
Post-Processing.

Today, out of the blue, they suddenly stopped working. All the directives
under that method. From what I can tell, only that method is affected.

I had not made any changes to BPMs or any code actually in over a week.

I checked that the directives are enabled and the code looks correct. I
disabled, saved, then enabled and saved again.

I also mass regenerated all methods, same results.

Any ideas?
