Are there any other Epicor users who sell to Grainger and have already created the Grainger branded packing slip? I am new to Kinetic but I believe it involves SSRS
It would involve SSRS and Report Styles. In a nutshell, create a new report in SSRS, create a new Style, associate the two - and then select that new style when printing.
