We are on 6.1 but the "include link" works for us on a GA that is sent to
several people every time we enter a new sales order. The link opens Sales

email when a job has been checked complete. I have been able to do
this. However the email does not have the job number in it.
The email looks like this:

This job is complete please review.
Let me know if this works.
Job Number: JobHead.JobNum
tem944 08:57:25 Complete: Yes -> No

The first three lines are the text. The fourth line is the Append Log
Text. I have also checked the include link box, although I'm not sure
its really doing anything.
Does anyone know how to get the actual job number to show up in the
email.
Please let me know.

You might try 'include link' It will send a tracker screen to show what job
is being completed.
