Any quick tips on this error?  
Form started in Base Only, no customizations and all BPMs deleted - only happens with one part number

Row has been modified by another user and couldn’t be updated.

Exception caught in: Epicor.ServiceModel

Yes - Part Maintenance  
just entering the part number and hitting Tab produces the error  
(Part Display does it as well)

Do you have an extended partplant table, and if so, do you have the same number of records on partplant and partplant\_ud?

```
select count(*) from erp.partplant
select count(*) from erp.partplant_ud
```

Hi,  
I know it’s been a while but can I ask how you fixed it? I am getting hte same exact error on my UserFile table (same line, column, and field info in details). We have tried refreshing and that does not work.
