Buttons disappearing in 2024.1.8

Has anyone experienced disappearance of “Add New” or buttons at the top in a newly created layer from base layer.
I only added some text fields and published it, did not modify any events or dataviews. in this image, the “+” option to add a new job disappeared along with delete.

Does anybody know how to get the new plus sign back on order entry?

I didn’t remove it, but somehow its missing. It’s there on the landing page but gone once you open a sales order. It’s there in base but its not listed as a tool anywhere I can find so I am not sure how to recreate it (can’t see the right settings). Any idea how to get it back? [image] [image]
