What is the math behind the “Calculated Cost to Complete”?
Is this Estimated + Actuals + Manual CTC + open PO amounts?

You will find the calculations on the Field Help of Project Entry. Click on the ?, Help and support center, and check the “Display Field Level Help” box.
Interestingly, the Kinetic version of the help does not show the calculations but the .NET Client does. We may need to file a case for that.
