Can a solution file from 10.1 version be install on 10.2 version?

Can a solution file (.cab) file created on Epicor 10.1.500 be installed on Epicor 10.2? Anyone has this experience?

Yes - I have uploaded customisations from 10.1.6 to 10.2.5 Using solution workbench.
