Can anyone share a link of tool recommendations for viewing trace xml files cleanly or for comparing multiple files to check for variations? Much appreciated! Thanks

NM I came here for that ^ lol download our diff tool. If you want to review a trace in general FYI use epicors tool it’s super nice too

Is Epicor’s trace review tool builtin or downloaded separately (if so do you have a link?)?

I am on SaaS Dedicated Tenant, so I’m assuming I won’t have access to this tool. Going to give the above tool a try. Thanks @jgiese.wci

if you are running classic at all then you need access to the deployment folder. It’s in there.

@brandtley,

In your .sysconfig file, you’ll see a deployment node and there’s an https address for the content delivery network. Try browsing to that location and see if that folder is there. I’m curious…

I can download a folder called ReleaseClient.zip which has the same contents as the Epicor program folder where you find epicor.exe. I got the EpicorTraceDiffer/EpicorTraceDiffer at master · jose-josh-do-dev/EpicorTraceDiffer · GitHub tool working and it is sweet, so i’ll probably just stick with that. I appreciate everyone’s suggestions and help tho. Thanks.
