Can DMT remove/delete pack slips

We want to a bunch of pack slips. Can DMT remove/delete pack slips? Anyone has experience and please advise.

What have you tried so far?

Yes, occasionally we have a large group of Pack IDs that are accidentally created and have no lines and we delete them with DMT.

Thanks, Banderson. I have done some manually deletions. I have not tried anything else yet.

Thank you Lacey. I can not find any entry on DMT menu for pack slip or shipment.

It’s called customer shipment combined.

Can the invoiced pack slips or shipped pack slips be deleted?

Not if it’s invoiced. If it’s only been “shipped” (meaning it’s status is SHIPPED), you can uncheck the Shipped checkbox and then delete the shipment.

If it’s been invoiced then no, you can’t delete it.
