Can not Login to Epicor - Could not open a connection to SQL Server

This error just started popping up for us. When we log out, we can’t log back in and get this message:

We have not, but looks like more of a standard SQL connection error than Epicor.

Since we are cloud, I think that is all outside of my control.

We are down also.
Epicor confirmed there is an issue.
Just tried connecting and connected.
Waiting to hear something official.
