# Can these be removed at any time? Anything special need to be done before removing?

We have some files - which I believe are caching files from older versions on our Citrix servers.   We need the room and would like to know if there are any ill effects from deleting the older 8.03.405a and 8.03.409C directories or if there is some procedure I need to follow in order to remove these directories and return the space to Windows.    It's been so long since I have done this - looking for a refresher.

Please advise.

                           8.03.405A
                           8.03.409C
                           8.03.410    - this is our current version
                           Shared

May I remove the prior versions of Vantage 8 (other than or current version) without doing any damage?

You should be able to delete them.

XP client PC caches are located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Epicor\

For Win 7 client PC's check here:
c:\programdata\epicor\
