Can you disable Open With on a dashboard that is set to auto refresh? It does something fun where your current context gets changed once the dashboard is refreshed. If I could disable this for my custom dashboard that would be great.

You could replace the open with fields with calculated fields. Those do not allow open with.
There are multiple methods to disable Open With on the columns and fields within a dashboard. Two of the most common being:
1. Remove/clear ‘Like’ attributes at the BAQ level
2. Remove/clear ‘Like’ attributes at UI level via customisation
Method 1 is generally easiest but may not be suitable where a BAQ is being shared across multiple dashboards whereby maintaining the ‘Like’ attribute at the BAQ is often desirable.
Replacing the standard BAQ fields with calculated ones is also an option, as @YGT suggested, but generally option 1 will be easier to initially setup and maintain.
