No I mean Users can’t change my customization , but enables them to do their own customizations

Having customization privileges on for many people is never a good idea, you are better off limiting those that can do customizations to 1 or 2 and give everyone else personalization privileges

With personalization privileges you can still move things around etc

If you have “Allow Personalization” checked on the user account, then they can do their own simple customizations. The “Customize Privileges” is typically used for developers that will make a company-wide customization. You should uncheck that for your users and it will then be greyed out.

That is only available when your in developer mode anyways.
