Canceling an Order

There are several options depending on how much of the Sales order you want
to cancel.

To cancel the entire order:
In Sales Order Entry, go to Order, Close Order
It will closed the Sales Order and mark the lines "VOID" if there are no
transactions

Or
Multiple lines, only want to cancel one line
In Sales Order Entry, highlight the line, go to menu option Line, Close
Line
It will void only the Sales Order Line

Or
Multiple releases, only want to cancel one release
In Sales order Entry, open the line, go to the releases tab, highlight the
release to cancel, and click the close release button.


Any of the above transactions will show up on the Planning workbench to
cancel the open jobs.
