I need to delete a Attribute Class and Attribute Set.
It says Attribute Set Has Been Used. I’ve deleted all parts using the set yet the Has Been Used flag is still true. Should this flag update to false or is it a one-way street? Is there something I’m missing? Any work arounds? REST or DMT?

It is a one way street. You can always remove/change the Class ID from the part, but once an attribute set has been used, there is no getting around it.
I am not sure of the reasoning behind the lock down, I just know I have rammed that wall too many times.
Thanks for your reply. Load it wrong, necessitates a database refresh, Ouch what a hassle.
Curious if you’ve tried any back door workarounds? Like set Has Been Used = False using REST or DMT?
I have tried it all, but it was in a few versions ago. Can’t hurt to try and see what happens?
