Kinetic 2021.2. I recently messed up when adding a cusom field to the PODetail table. I regenerated the data model, and restarted my application server. So far so good. But, I forgot to restart the OTHER application server. A couple PO’s got created before I realized it, and bottom line if I have some PO’s that’s a cannot delete. They are sitting there showing “Approved”, but the checkbox to unapprove is ghosted out. Doesn’t matter which user (including manager). I don’t want to just go in and delete these from the database using SQL, and so far Epicor support has not been helpful. They keep fixating on these being intercompany PO’s, which they are not. Anyone have a good way to clean these up?
Can you close them?

I could not close them. Epicor support ended up sending me a data fix that synced the schema for the bad records with the current database schema. Then I was able to un-approve and delete the POs.
