Can't open file promsg error message

Make you promsg file on the server read only. That keeps any one
client from holding it and causing a sharing violation like you have.

Subject: [Vantage] Can't open file promsg error message


One of my data collection stations froze up and now we can't get back
into Vantage -- I get the error message that it can't open the file
promsg -- I tried to reinstall but it freezes up. Help!!! Also, if
someone could let me know the phone number for support I would
appreciate it.
