Can't print bartender labels from live but can print them from p

Have you tried running commander in application mode to see what is happening when the label is actually processed? A lot of times you will get the most information from that. Also have you any errors in History Explorer?

Dataset from Epicor to BarTender, is a custom label that prints from Commander and a trigger.

Use [Epicor905]
Truncate table systask
Truncate table systaskparam

Material Mgmt > Shipping/Receiving > Gen Ops > Customer Shipment Entry > Select a PackID > At this point the Pack is set to shipped and the labels (Ones I created in BarTender) automatically print from BarTender

Need more troubleshooting steps first, what you described could be a ton of different stuff. Are you printing the labels directly from SQL or a dataset passed from Epicor (it's default implementation from Epicor)? Are you using Commander and triggers? What did you truncate?

Hello everyone.

I'm running Epicor 905.702a with a sql database and bartender to print my shipping labels. Does anyone have any idea why I'm able to print my labels from pilot but not from my live environment? Or maybe something I can do to fix it? I did the truncate table command in sql but it didn't clear up my issue.
