Can't save Report builder reports!

I have tried the Security Explorer and giving them rights all the way down
the tree. They still can't save.
Can I get an idea of some of everyone else's security on folders:
EPIC50
Vantage
UD
Do you have a globel group that is a member of a local group which has the
rights to the directories???
Thanks

Nancy,
Have you tried making the Epic50 and/or the Vantage folder read/write
access temporarily to see if that alleviates the problem?

Nancy,
Check out http://www.smallwonders.com/ and download an eval copy of
Security
Explorer. It will show you the effective security for any user and may
point out problem areas that are causing these folks not to be able to
write
to the network directory.
As a quick check, see if they can create a notepad document in that
directory. If not, then it is most likely a permissions issue and
Security
Explorer should help you sort that out.

Okay here it goes.
I do have some large .prl's.
Thinking this could be a problem I created a new library and saved 40
reports there. Users can't save to this library either.
Users can open and save the report to their local hard drive.
I am the only one who can save reports.... even if I give another user
NT
Administrator rights, they can not save to the current report libraries.
Thanks

How many reports are you saving in one .prl file?

This is crazy, but my users can't save Report Builder reports. I have
tried
everything....I have check all the security from the Root Drive on
down...
and can't see why they can't save anything. Out of desperation I even
gave
a
user NT Admin rights and they still couldn't save a report.
Has anyone seen anything like they before?

Can you save a report on a workstation (ie. user's PC)? That would let you know whether it's a Progress problem or a server permissions problem.
