I’m trying to find out if I can change what the default is for the grid in case entry.
We would like it to default to “All” when the grid opens. I can’t find that drop down anywhere in application studio.
In app studio click on the grid and in the properties on the right hand side under advanced select view options.
Then untick the default property on the open view option and tick it on the all view.
Exactly. Because you are selected on the ‘All’ view. If you tick set default on there. Then use the drop down at the top to change the view option to ‘Open’ and untick the set default.
Save and preview.
