Case form missing

Hi
The Case form which is available in Epicor 10 doesn’t seem to exist or is not visible in Kinetic Application Studio, has any one got any ideas why that is please?

It may not have been converted to kinetic does it show up in classic shell?

I can load the Case form in classic shell, but it is not appearing in Application Studio.

I am guessing that screen hasn’t been converted to kinetic yet.

I can verify that in version 2021.2.4 it is there now.

It is there in 2021.1 as well.

Case Entry shows up in 2021.2.3 (current SaaS version).

In Kinetic running on web browser, where do you find which version it actually is…? I know I can go back to Epicor Admin Console on the server, but where is Help - About hiding…?!

In browser, the verion nomenclature is a bit different:

I think I have found it, the version installed is 2021.1.14

It’s in my version, which must be 2021.1.11 - make sure you’ve got the relevant menu security to be able to see it.

I have got it in the classic shell, but it is not in Application Studio.

What are you typing in (the browser version) to search for the Case Entry module?

I typed Case in the the menu as you have got in the image, but when I go in to Application Studio there is no Case form.
