Cash Application Crashing - with 64 bit client - Question for AR Cash Application experts

My initial question is " Does the AR Clerk have to load all of the open invoices on a client’s account in order to apply a cash batch?"
Our AR Cash Receipts Entry crashes in this version of Epicor.
We have upgraded from Epicor 10.1.200 into Kinetic 2022.1.16 in December. This was at the low point in our annual season. We have now hit the peak of our season, and our AR Cash Application keeps freezing, and then crashing (no out of memory error, just crashed client). We solved the problem on our previous version by giving the ARClerk the 64bit client. This has not solved the problem this time.
Our main customer has over 12k open invoices. We have no Finance super users anymore, so I am looking for someone online here. The ARClerk’s process is to load all open invoices. Then export the full list to excel. Then she does some work to show what is being posted in excel. Then she attempts a paste update of a day’s invoice set (400-500 invoices). This worked fine until this week.
Using the 32bit client, the software crashed at the right click-paste update. Using the 64bit, the software went to “not responding” -after the right click paste update- for 45 minutes before crashing.
Brand new 16g laptop.

I don’t know the answer to this but that is a lot of data to be loading in the client. Have you tried using DMT instead?

Thanks Alisa
I have not tried DMT on this. I will start looking now. She is two weeks behind on the applications.

I seem to be getting to a useable DMT load. I had to update the format from the KB article referenced in another post here. Now I just need to get AR to look at what this does.
Thanks for the direction.
