We are public cloud client. We have been experiencing performance issues since last weekend upgrade with regular company wide Epicor crashes and very slow performance. The cloud team after running some test told us that the main culprits are the CDC Notification Sender and Log Processor processes that we have running every 30 minutes (we use Spreadsheet Server). These runs coincides with a big spike of RAM usage in our cloud instance.
We have been running these two processes for months before the upgrade and never experienced any performance issues because of them.
We do not want to disable these processes as our accounting department is using Spreadsheet Server extensively. Any advice on how we can mitigate their impact on our performance ? Anybody with similar experience ?
