Change Approver for PO Already in Que

We had a change in personnel and I need to change all the current PO’s waiting for the old approver to the new one. How can this be done?

I think you have to create your new approver as a buyer.

Then go to the existing buyer and update them to show the new approver.

Then I believe you’ll have to open the PO, uncheck the box where it shows Pending, recheck it and then the new approver should be able to open PO Approval, select their name and the POs should appear.

DMT may be an option for the unchecking and checking of the Approved box.

If it happens very frequent then, suggest to write a updatable BAQ to change Approver name.
