I have not done this, but you can probably use the Runtime Styler.

There is an AnswerBook on the Epicor website that might help get you
started.

AnswerBook # 3927ESC, "How to setup a Corp Theme and change the
Favorites by Company"

And there is a chapter in the Epicor Tools User Guide which tells how
to use the Runtime Styler and how to deploy a style. You can get
this book from your Epicor CAM for about $70.
