Change Log in 6.0

Tom,

Set up your 'Business activity managers' to start recording the changes you
are looking for. This will not fix your past problem, but it will give you
a place to start from. Also, note all the other fields that can be logged.
Be careful and don't get carried away though.

We upgraded to 6.0 in late September, and I was just informed that
the sales order change log is no longer recording any changes. I
investigated and the tracking of changes in the sales module ceased
the day we went live on 6.0. Any ideas?

Have you checked the Change Log Maintenance to make sure the fields you want
to track are still set-up to be logged?
