Change log message on Job Material vs Receiver

We have noticed that we had a job where material was ordered as material sequence 480 (and received) but the change log (dated 3/7/2025) shows the material sequence changed:
S_Man 06:29:03
MtlSeq: 480 → 47
S_Man 06:29:52 NOTE: Change in Key: 37117~0~47 → 37117~0~470.

S_Man 06:29:52
MtlSeq: 47 → 470

The PO is also dated 3/7/2025.

The receiver (dated 3/12/2025) shows a different part in the line vs the part of the material sequence:

You can’t change a part number on a job after it has been purchased and received, so does anyone know how this change could have happened?

Is it just that mtl or is is all of them? There is a “resequence Mtl” option. I would hope that it would stop you if there are records pending, but it could be a bug that they don’t stop you when they should.

It was a few of them, added onto the job at the end. I tried to do the resequence but it did stop me.
