We set up an email to be sent automatically when processing a shipment. It was set up as our predecessor’s email, and he had left the company.
So I changed the address to the new contact person in BPM Workflow Designer. But I couldn’t save it. Validation was completed, but the save button was not activated, and when I opened the e-mail settings window, the predecessor’s e-mail appeared again.
Is there anything I haven’t done? How do I complete my email change?

I get this all the time. I get into another company and do the work and realize it’s in read-only mode. You have to go to the owning company and update it there.
Had a similar issue where i was missing the closing parenthesis on my conditions. Went to add the closing parenthesis and the save remained grayed. The workaround for me was to make the updates I needed to make as well as making a small minor change in order to enable the save option. Save and undo the minor change to get it all ship shape.
