Chart tracker information

I have been trying to make vendor numbers, customer numbers, invoices and sales orders appear in my chart tracker as separate columns. Right now, it may show up but it is embedded in the description and it makes it hard to find customer information for instance when the description all begins with IV:12345Customer Name
