Epicor will sell them to ya'. Not sure what their pricing is like.

When we switched to laser forms, we were on a tight schedule, and good old
Deluxe Business Forms [Checks] could print & deliver in 3 days, so I went
with them. I modified the Vantage 4 check form to work on a Deluxe
standard #90155 laser check; can share a copy if anyone would like.
