Check Printing - Site ID 61342

Hi Virginia
My company had that problem too. When this happens, we force the form to only print part with the check and print the rest on a blank sheet. If you like a sample, I can upload it.

Peace and tranquility,

Lin

Hi Jules; Have you tried using Crystal Reports to change the layout of the remittance details section (details a section)? We were experiencing the same problem on 6.1 and made the details a section taller so that we could move the aptran.descrip field below the aptran.invcnum field. Then we made the aptran.invcnum longer so that it would show all invoice numbers in their entirety. This way the margins are not effected and you can expand the invoice number field.

Our AP clerk will frequently run out of room and handwrite invoice numbers on the backs and sides of check stubs. Our Fiscal Director wants this "fixed" because it looks bad. Templates do not have infinite space without distorting the margins - but he doesn't care. Is there a template "fix" that someone has used that I can apply?
