Check your Maintenance Contract Carefully

This topic was actually a large part of the Vantage
forum at Perspectives. The guy was there that signs
all of those bills (can't remember his name), and he
didn't really have any good answers, but did say that
this wasn't the first time he had heard a complaint
about that. I think they were going to re-consider it
for the future, but for now, yeah', check your
bill....

I just received our annual Vantage Maintenance Agreement and after
reading the attached letter I found out that by default they invoiced
everyone for the "Premier Plus Plan". I called and requested a new
invoice for the "Standard Plan". I was told they did it that way to
encourage customers to call inquiring about the available plans.
Looked more like they were hoping we would sign without reading the
attached letter. The very helpful person I talked to told me she
passes along any comments like mine to her boss so if you agree with my
concerns please let them know.
