Some have filters of customers and we want to see what those filters are.
How can we see what the customer filters were for those tasks that have already been set? Either in the UI or the database.
Thank you. That’s close but unfortunately it doesn’t actually show the filtered customer IDs. I have a ticket in with Epicor support to see if it’s even possible. I don’t have high hopes.
Thank you. That opens up the exact same screen as noted above. But unfortunately the same as above, the customer filters are blank.
I even tried enabling all the hidden fields in the system agent with no luck. It seems the customer filter is somehow baked into the job without a way to discern it.
Hmmm … I scheduled “Generate Purchase Suggestions” with two Part Classes selected on the filters. And when I use the View Task Params in System Agent, the window that launches has all the settings, I had selected when the task was scheduled.
Double clicking the task in the Scheduled Tasks tab of System monitor showed the same thing.
Perhaps the person that submitted it has to be the one to see the params.
Edit
I just logged in as another user, and was able to see the params that were saved. I did have to select Actions -> Display all tasks in System Monitor in order to see the task that I scheduled while logged in as a different user.
Testing I submitted a scheduled task as a different user, closed Epicor. Then logged in as myself and I could see the filter used on that other users task. But
I tested this on a report, not a process – could be the difference.
I have been assigned to review your case CS0001901068 : Reviewing Get Shipments
In this situation, I needed to research, and in fact I just had a meeting with one of our supervisors, and the resolution is the following:
Once the group is created, we dont have a way to determine which is the filter that it was used at the time that the schedule process was created. we suggest you to verify this, with the person who assisted you creating those scheduled processes
We are sorry for the inconveniences and we appreciate your understanding
