Curious if anyone has upgraded their PILOT environment to either of the two available CI/CD release, 2026.103 / 2026.104, and how that’s going? I’ve not yet used CMP for upgrading our PILOT in advance of it being done by Epicor but seriously considering it in hopes we can get ahead of any issues we find. 2026.100.8 left us without the ability to schedule or reschedule a single job for a full two weeks - needless to say, but I have concerns! ---

I used it to upgrade Pilot to 2026.104 and CMP reported that it failed, twice. However I was able to log in and confirm the new version. I put a ticket in and they told me the changes hadn’t been reflected in the YAML file, and that’s why CMP showed a failure. Said they had fixed the issue in CMP as well. I haven’t started testing. ---

I haven’t been able to apply any updates and its been over a week with development involved and they cannot figure it out. ---

Last time I tried a data reg in the CMP is fell apart so no I haven’t dared try to upgrade to 103 or 104… ---

Same here… data regen totally bugged out and I haven’t upgraded for that reason as well. ---

We upgraded pilot to 2026.103 last night and first thing we noticed was Server File Downloads is missing the Admin folder. So now we can’t pull server logs. ---

That’s when EpiDev comes to the rescue! We also upgraded to 2026.103 and don’t see the server logs in the UI, but I am able to see them in EpiDev. ---

Yeah, Dev said somethings were fixed in 2026.103 so I was hopeful. Doesn’t seem to be the case so far though. ---

Yeah, there is a job entry issue on subcontract operations bug that’s supposed to be fixed in 103 and more grid performance fixes too I believe. ---

My co-worker upgraded one of our Cloud instances to .104 about two weeks ago using CMP. It took about an hour and it doesn’t look like he had any issues. I was also able to run two data model regens yesterday, each taking about 20 minutes, with no issues. ---

Hope this doesn’t sound snarky but I wonder if the 103 rollout was scrapped due to bugs reported in the CMP-available release. If so, kudos to whoever pulled the plug - better to save us all from unnecessary heartache. EDIT - see other threads, won’t link them here - and again this wasn’t meant maliciously. ---
