Clear search dashboards fields but not resutls

Hi team, recently created a dashboard with about 8 filters on it and is working perfectly. Every time any of the users click on one of the results, the filters update the content to show whatever is contained on the selected line.

Is there a way to stop the filters behavior and be “cleared” once a result/line is selected?

Can you share your Dashboard Tracker View Properties screen? It should be available by right clicking on the Tracker View from the tree and selecting Properties when in Developer mode.

Here you go, no filters, no view rules.

Try checking the box for ‘Input Prompts Only’.

In addition to checking the box, since the tracker is customized, you may need to go into the fields and change the Dashboard Prompt to True on those fields.

still having some minor “issues” but maybe is product intended, other than that this solved it, thanks a lot!
