We are working win 2023.1.18 (browser only, edge agent running) and all of our client prints have zero for page height and page width (see below). Sometimes this doesn’t matter and the report prints fine, but many other times this makes the report print about 60% in size.
Support said this is a known bug and won’t be fixed to 2024.1. We may be able to use network printer, or train everyone to preview first, but so far employees are just used to clicking the client printer button…
Anyone else face this and/or find a solution (for reference, if we enter 850 for width and 1100 for height the print is fine, but those numbers need to be entered each time).
