Clients lock up upon printing BAQ reports from a button

Have you all experienced this problem before?

I have some BAQ reports that I launch from a customized screen such as
PO Entry via an EpiButton.

Upon a Preview of the report and a subsequent Print of the report, the
entire UI "freezes" and becomes unresponsive requiring an End Task from
Task Mgr just to get the client closed. Not *all* workstations do this,
but just some. I can't seem to find a pattern.

I'm on Vantage 404b but I've seen this on other versions, too.
