Close All Phase Jobs on a Project

I would like to create a BPM that would close all jobs that are tied to a Project. I am having issue getting all of the jobs that are connected to a project. I beileve this would be triggered on the CloseProject Post processing method. Then i would run this on the Job closing process to close the jobs.

We are currentlly on 10.2.500.8
