We are at Epicor 9.05.605.
We are seeing a problem with Customer Shipment Entry, where the user will use Pack Out to enter the parts and quantity, then freight (we integrate with Insite Manifest), then close the pack. At this point, some of the lines may be changed back to 0 shipped quantity. The line remains on the pack.
Has anyone seen this problem? We cannot duplicate it at will, and have had this occur on more than one workstation.
