Closing Fiscal Periods

The problem was, somehow Company Configuration/Current Fiscal Year
Period has been changed. That's why Close Fiscal Period app brought
4th Period. But still it should pop-up an error when I tried to delete
current fiscal period. Thank you though..

What I am trying to do is to close Fiscal Periods but I get this error :

"Message: Future G/L fiscal periods must be closed through the G/L
general operations menu."

When i try to close it through GL/General Ops/Close Fiscal Period-Year
I get the message saying "Fiscal Period Closed Successfully". But it
doesn't actually checked as closed in Fiscal Period Maintenance Program.

Have any ideas what might be going wrong?

I wonder if your Fiscal Period records are setup properly. Maybe thereÂ¹s a
gap?
