Cloud customers - does Epicor have a published digital retention of record policy?

Just came up as an internal discussion topic and we’re new to the Cloud so I’ll ask…

Are there formally defined parameters on backup retention available from Epicor? Along those lines - SOC reports, bridge letters, etc?

The security reports (PCI, SOC, ISO, etc.) are available in EpicCare. KB0091095

I was recently looking for one of the reports and someone pointed me to EpicCare. So I had those KBs favorited.
