Our system has slowed to a crawl. Anyone else?
Yes. We are almost at a standstill for most menus/applications.
Very slow in Vermont!
Performance is ok for us.
No visible issues in NJ so farā¦just checked the usual pain points (sales order entry, etc) and we seem to be good. Only things on Epicor status page right now are maintenance items for Australia and Singapore.
Performance seems normal here in Ohio.
Everything seems fine for us in Wisconsin
Our performance took a nosedive around 9:30am EST this morning. Itās slowly returning back to normal now. This has been happening to us for the last 4-5 months. The days it happens are random, but the times are incredibly consistent - 9:30am to 11:00am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm. In all instances, system performance tanks (users stare at a spinning cursor for 10-15 minutes, clients hang/crash, etc.) and then slowly recovers over the next hour and a half. Itās been happening a lot more in the last 2 months though. Iāve had a case open with support since 12/1, but it hasnāt yielded much fruit ![]()
Seeing the same pattern on multiple cloud systems. Occasionally an āincidentā will be announced and then later āresolutionā of the āincidentā but the root cause is never addressed nor communicated because the same thing continues to occur multiple times per week, week after week after week. At one point on Monday it was taking 5 minutes to process a single quantity adjustment. I had to give up and come back to it several hours later. This while support insisted nothing was wrong. Completely unacceptable.
We had issues a month or so agoā¦multiple tickets and escalations and the usual mess. Our last ticket/resolution seems to have held firm. At that time, we were told that āresource governor changesā had been made so that there was āfair resource sharing in a multitenant environmentā.
BUTā¦they also said it could recur unexpectedly and would require ārecalibrating the settingsā.
AND as if on cue, weāre getting intermittent disconnect messages nowā¦plus this gem:
Happy Wednesday. Sorry Iām late to the party.
EDIT - we were dead in the water for about 3 minutes - seems to be back to normal
Received a Scheduled Maintenance Notification this morning. Would love to know more about what the āongoing issueā is, how long itās been going on, and what impact itās had on customersā¦
Users havenāt said anything but Iāve seen a bit of slowness in Menu Maintenance and App Studio this morning.
We all would but Iām not sure theyāll share with us customers.
Its been since August. Low disk and other ssrs errors while printing or uploading reports.
It isnāt just one issue. Thereās the ongoing SSRS problems, thereās whatever happened to some cloud customers at 9a CT today, thereās whatever happened to us a couple of hours later. Meanwhile the Epicor status page shows only maintenance in Singapore and India as of nowā¦with the Americas ānormalā
Between August and now, weāve opened 6 cases specifically for performance issues. Also experienced the SSRS errors as well.
What are the ongoing SSRS problems youāve had? Our print release process (Job Traveler) reports hang randomly during report generation on a page or two, then seem to resume. Our traveler report is heavily customized and communicates with a few outside systems, but performance issues with these have been ruled out. SSRS simply isnāt making any requests that could hang when it is hanging.
No issues with SSRS for us - but others have reported them. Current thread here:Slow SSRS reports
Four since late September when we moved to the cloud.
Is it just me, or is it kind of a scam how they schedule maintenance after each issue so it canāt count as an outage⦠Seems like to me if there isnāt advanced notice than it should count as an outage regardless
